We are partnering with Mercy29 because they promote freedom through Africa and India. They take in children that were once child slaves – and show them their value and worth. Mercy29 takes it a step beyond care – but they give those they rescue a future and a hope.
"Mercy29 is an anti-profit organization."
According to founder Lyle Philips, “Mercy29 is an anti-profit organization. Our heart is to deliver the poor that have no helper by sponsoring orphans and rescuing widows, as well as helping entire families suffering from systemic poverty. We build homes and churches, facilitate schools in poor communities, and seek holistic transformation in the world’s most forgotten cities and villages.”
In Mozambique, Africa – Mercy29 exists as a micro-community project helping several families.
In Andhra Pradesh, India – Mercy29 is spread out amongst 6 children’s homes, caring mostly for orphans and elderly widows.
In addition to providing a home for orphaned children, Mercy29 rescues child slaves and prostitutes and provides free education for the communities it serves.
